4. After opening your Instagram Profile, then click on "Settings" gear icon to edit your profile.
5. Then Find Change password and then Click on the “Change password”
6. After that, Enter your Old Passwor, New password and then Rewirte the New password in the confirm new password.

How to Change Instagram Password on iPhone or Android

1. Open Instagram app
2. Switch to profile tab and tap the three short lines (hamburger icon) at the top right corner.
3. Tap Settings → Security → Password.
4. Enter your current password.

3. Make sure you’re in the “Find your account“ tab on the next screen. Then you’ll have to enter either the username, email, or phone. Make sure, if you write it correctly, and then tap on the Next button.

1. Open the Instagram app on Android or iPhone and a Login screen gets appear 
2. In Iphone you'll seems that - Tap on the Forgot password? or In Android you'll click on the get help logging in.
3. The Screen tab will change to the “Login Help” tab on the next screen
4. Enter the phone number which you've used on your Instagram Account, and Press the Next button.
5. After pressing the Next Button then you'll receive an OTP (One Time Password) in a text message with 6 digit code. 
6. Lastly, Enter the OTP code on the Instagram app and then you will regain access to your Instagram account and change your password
